复方甘草酸苷片联合阿昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Clinical observation on Compound glycyrrhizin tablets in combination with Aciclovir tablets for herpes zoster

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将51例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例,对照组26例。对照组口服阿昔洛韦片0.8g,5次/天,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服复方甘草酸苷片75mg,3次/天。均用药10天后观察2组临床症状、体征变化。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为88.00%和61.54%,治疗组在临床症状、体征的改善方面较对照组差异有显著性。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹安全有效。

Objective：To observe the observation of the therapeutic effects of compound glycyrrhizin tablet with aciclovir tablet in treatment on herpes zoster.Methods：51 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.the treatment group was 25 cases,the control group was 26 cases,the control group were treated with aciclovir tablet,0.8g,5 times a day,the treatment group on the basis of the control group was added compound glycyrrhizin,75 mg,tid,The changes of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed after treatment for ten days.Results：The effect rate of the treatment group was 88.00%,The effect rate of the control group was 61.53%,Significant differences were found between the treatment group and the control group in improvements of clinical symptoms and signs,diffrence between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Compound glycyrrhizin tablets with aciclovir tablets was safe and effective to treat herpes zoster.
