摘要
以N1-氨基丁基-N1,N4-二叔丁氧羰基-1,4-丁二胺和手性甲酰基联萘酚为原料,经缩合后用NaBH4还原,产物提纯后脱保护,得到目标产物S-6和R-6,所得化合物的结构均经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和MS测试确认.
Conjugate of chiral bisnaphthol and polyamine was synthesized via condensed polymerization of N1-aminobutyl-N1,N4-di-tert-butoxycarbonylbutane-1,4-diamine and 3,3′-diformyl-2,2′-dihydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl as the start materials in association with reduction of crude product by NaBH4 and purification for deprotection.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by infrared spectrometry(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR,13C NMR) and mass spectrometry(MS).
