从肝论治功能性消化不良62例观察

Observation on Functonal Undigestion(62 Cases)Treated accroding to theorise of liver in Traditional Chinese Mdicine

中药组６２例以疏肝健脾为基本治法，用疏肝理脾汤加减分型治疗，对照组５０例用西沙必利、法莫替丁治疗，结果中药组总有效率８８．７％，对照组6８．０％，两组比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），中药组疗效明显优于对照组。提示用疏肝理脾汤加减治疗功能性消化不良有较好疗效。

There 62 cases of functional undiges- tion have been treated with modified decoction for re- inforcing spleen qi by dispersing stagnancy liver qi, at the same time, 50 cases of this disease with western drugs. The result showed that the total effect rate (88. 7% ) in Chinese drug group is higher than that in western drug(68. 0%). There is obvious difference between the two groups(P<0. 05). It is suggested that this decoction can be applied to treat functional undigestion.
