摘要
根据目前大流量混合煤气调节阀稳压系统存在的问题,设计电液伺服稳压控制系统,并建立该系统的数学模型,同时在MATLAB中基于模糊控制策略对系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明采用模糊控制策略,系统的稳定性增加,动态性能得到改善,可以满足大流量混合煤气调节阀稳压的要求。
An Electro-hydraulic servo control system was proposed to solve the problems of pressure regulator in large-flow mixed gas control valve.The mathematical model of the pressure regulator was established.Based on fuzzy control strategy,the performance of the system was simulated in MATLAB.The simulation results show that adopting fuzzy control strategy,the stability and dynamic performance of the system are improved,and the requirement of pressure regulating in large-flow mixed gas control valve is satisfied.
