基于P/Q控制的电液比例变量泵特性仿真及热分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用AMES im仿真软件对一种基于P/Q控制的电液比例变量泵进行全数字化建模与仿真,结果表明该比例变量泵的相关特性与实际基本相符,验证模型的正确性。应用软件的热库和热液压库理论建立了比例泵系统的热仿真模型,分析比较比例泵液压系统和恒压泵液压系统在相同负载、散热环境和运行时间下的温升情况,结果表明比例泵源在工作效率上明显优于恒压泵源。 Global digital modeling and simulation of electro-hydraulic proportional variable pump were made in AMESim.The results show that the correlative characteristics of the variable pump are accordant with the fact,and the correctness of the model is validated.The thermal simulation model of proportional variable pump were established by applying thermal base and thermal hydraulic base theory of AMESim software.The rises of temperature were compared between proportional variable pump and fix press pump under same load,same radiation environment and same running time.The simulation results show that the efficiency of proportional variable pump exceeds that of fix press pump obviously.
