摘要
蓄能器在液压系统中被广泛用于吸收压力冲击。根据工况正确地选择蓄能器的参数,能充分发挥蓄能器的作用。建立皮囊式蓄能器和连接蓄能器管路的数学模型,从理论上分析影响蓄能器性能的参数。利用AMS im软件建立包括蓄能器在内的液压试验台的仿真分析模型,仿真结果表明:合理选取蓄能器的体积、预充气压力能有效降低液压试验台的压力冲击,同时连接蓄能器管路的通径和长度也是影响蓄能器性能的重要因素。
In the hydraulic system,the accumulator has been widely used in assimilating impulsion.According to working conditions,the parameters of the accumulator should be chosen correctly,it will be able to give full play to the action of the accumulator.The mathematical models of bladder accumulator and the pipeline which connected the accumulator were established.The parameters which influenced the performance of the accumulator were analyzed in theory.Using AMESim software,a simulation model of the hydraulic test-bed which included the accumulator was set up.The simulation results indicate that proper volume and precharge pressure of the accumulator can effectively reduce the impulsion of the hydraulic test-bed,the diameter and the length of the pipeline which connect the accumulator are the important factors which influence the performance of the accumulator.
