基于AMESim的自动控向钻井液压纠偏系统动态特性仿真

摘要 运用仿真软件AMES im建立自动控向钻井纠偏液压系统的仿真模型并进行仿真,得出液压缸同、异步运动的行程-时间曲线和阀口的压力-时间曲线。改变外负载的大小进行仿真,结果表明:系统的行程-时间曲线、压力-时间曲线与改变前完全吻合,为合理设计、优化三缸同异步系统提供参考。 The simulation model of the automatically controlled drilling deviation of hydraulic system was established and simulated by AMESim.The displacement-time curve of hydraulic cylinder with synchronous motion and the pressure-time curve of the valve were gained.Changing the values of the external load,the simulation was made.The results show that the displacement-time curve,the pressure-time curve of the system exactly match the results previous.It provides reference for reasonable design and optimization of the three cylinders with asynchronous system
