摘要
有杆泵排采设备在煤层气丛式井现场排采作业中普遍存在杆管偏磨、泵效低下的问题,影响着煤层气丛式井的连续平稳运行;而电潜泵机组应用于煤层气丛式井可从根本上避免上述问题。针对煤层气丛式井的生产特性,文章对常规电潜泵机组进行了技术改造研究,包括:排量改造、通过能力改造、加深泵挂工艺改造、防气技术等。通过这些改造,可使电潜泵排采技术形成为一套完善的煤层气丛式井排采工艺技术。
In drainage and production of cluster wells for coal-bed methane (CBM), beam pumping equipments have some common problems, like worn rod string and low pump efficiency, which influence the continuous and stable production of CBM. Electric submersible pumping unit can avoid those problems. Based on the production characteristics of CBM, the paper studies the reform of the conventional electric submersible pumping unit, including a set of improvements including: flow rate, carrying capability, pump setting technology, and defending gas technique, etc. Those improvements can built a set of better drainage and production technology with cluster wells for CBM.
