Prediction of Long-Term Behavior of Fiber Reinforced Plastics

本文研究了纤维增强复合材料包括国内若干常用的热固性和热塑性增强塑料长期性能的预报,提出蠕变模量的估算和数据分折的外推法,同时给出了持久强度的估算方法。使用这些比较简便而实用的分析法,能较快地获得材料的长期性能数据,以提供材料使用寿命判定的依据。文中结果可供产品设计和材料性能研究用。

This paper studies the prediction of long-term behavior of fiber reinforced plastics(FRP), including thermossetting and thermoplastic FRP. In the paper, it gives the estimation of creep properties, three extrapolation techniques to analyse the test data and also proposes a statistic analysis of long-term strength of FRP. Results of analyses and experiments given in this paper can be used for the design of the FRP products ahd for the futher research of the behavior of FRP.
