耐力训练对大鼠小脑Purkinje细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:7

摘要 运用形态计量方法对耐力训练后大鼠小脑Rurkinje细胞线粒体超微结构进行了观察。结果显示,耐力训练大鼠的小脑Purkije细胞线粒体超微结构发生了明显变化,线粒体体积增大,数目增多,嵴致密,基质电子密度增加。形态计量学显示,线粒体体密度(Vυ)、面密度(Sυ)、数密度(Nυ)均增加,与对照组比较,P<0.01,比表积减少(P<0.05)。 12adult male SD rats were divided into two groups: Swimming group:Swimming group (6 rats), normal control group(6 rats). The cerebellum Purkinje cells were examined by electron microscopy after 3 months swimming training.The results were as follows: the levels of mitochondria increased in number,volume,citaes and matrixdensity in the rats of the training group,but there were still significant degeneration changes of mitochondria after 24 hours.In comparision with inactive group, the mitochondria had a significant increase in volume density (Vυ), numerial density(Nυ)and surface density(Sυ)in the rats of the training group.There results showed that endurance training affected cerebellum Purkinje cells and im- proved endurance ability,and endurance ability.
