以6-甲氧基-2-丙酰萘为原料,以“一锅法”工艺经羰基α-位溴代、缩酮、重排、水解和酸化制备消旋萘普生,反应过程用高效液相色谱跟踪,工艺简便,条件温和,总收率达75%
Racemic naproxen was synthesized from 6 methoxy 2 propionaphthone via bromination,ketalization,rearrangment and hydrolysis in practical one pot process.The reactions were carried out in mild conditions monitored by HPLC.The overall yield was above 75%.
