摘要
采用普通湿法制粒工艺，用亲水性高分子材料制备了盐酸曲马多胃漂浮缓释片，初步研究了体外漂浮性能和释放度等。
The controlled release tablets of tramadol hydrochloride were prepared.The results showed that the rate of dissolution of the controlled release tablets was zero order process.
