摘要
将多柔比星(ADM)纳米微粒(小粒径脂质体与毫微粒)与碘油制成乳剂经肝动脉栓塞治疗大鼠W256 肝癌模型。结果表明,与同剂量游离ADM 及生理盐水对照组相比,ADM 纳米微粒-碘油乳剂治疗组对肿瘤生长抑制明显提高(P< 0.01),肿瘤坏死彻底,而大鼠的生存延长期则显著延长(P< 0.01)。高效液相色谱测定结果表明纳米微粒-碘油乳剂治疗组ADM 在体内的分布以肝、脾组织为主,说明用ADM 纳米微粒-碘油乳剂肝动脉栓塞治疗肝癌能降低毒性,提高治疗效果。
The theraputic effects against ratbearing liver cancer were investigated with the emulsion of adriamycin liposomes lipiodol (LADM) and nanoparticles lipiodol(NADM) administered by hepatic arterial embolization. The results showed that the survival time was prolonged in rats treated with LADM and NADM significantly ( P <0.01), the tumor growth inhibition was more remarkable ( P <0.01) and necrosis more extensive in comparision with rats received the emlusion of adrimycin lipiodol(ADM) and normal saline.By HPLC, the distribution of ADM was mainly in liver and spleen.
