摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定氟康唑胶囊中氟康唑的含量。平均回收率１００．２％ ，ＲＳＤ 为０．１５％ ，方法简单，结果准确。
Fluconazol in its capsules was determined by UV spectrophotometry with average recovery of 100.2% and RSD of 0.15%. This method is simple and accurate.
