隧道六部台阶开挖法施工

摘要 隧道工程在地质较差地段,传统上是采用单、双侧壁导坑法施工,该法工序较多,施工面狭小,需要进行临时支护,难以发挥机械的作用,因此施工进度缓慢,效率低。灵山一标白羊铺1#隧道,采用六部台阶开挖法施工,开挖作业快速、稳定,在保证安全掘进的基础上,大大加快了隧道的掘进效率,值得总结推广。 The single and double side drift method is usually adopted to construct tunnel engineering in poor geological section. This method has been lots of processes and narrow construction area. It needs temporary support, and mechanical can hardly to play its role so that the construction progress is slow and inefficient. Baiyangpu 1# tunnel in Lingshan has been constructed by six-step excavation method. The excavation work is fast and stable. Based on the ensuring of safety tunneling, it has greatly accelerated the efficiency of tunneling, which is worth for summing up and generalization.
