低强度He-Ne激光血管内照射对改善冠心病血流变学最佳照射时间的探讨

Approach on the Best Time of Low-intensity He-Ne Laser Intravascular Irradiation to Improve Blood Rheology in Coronary Heart Disease

选择３０例冠心病病人，在内科治疗的基础上采用ＩＬＩＢ治疗法，并按照射时间不同分为三组，Ⅰ组照射３０ｍｉｎ，Ⅱ组照射６０ｍｉｎ，Ⅲ组照射９０ｍｉｎ，观察照射前及照射一个疗程后血流变学指标及病人全身和局部反应情况，结果Ⅱ组血流变学指标改变较Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组满意，病人的反应三组间无差异。提示：ＩＬＩＢ改善冠心病血流变最佳照射时间为６０ｍｉｎ，病人易接受。

Selected 30 cases coronary heart disease patients,ILIB therapy were given,besides medical treatment,patients were divided into three groups according to different irradiation time.Group I 30 min,Group Ⅱ60 min,and Group Ⅲ irradiated 90 min. Blood rheologic indexes and systematic and topical reaction of the patients were observed before and after irradiation.Results showed that blood rheologic indexes in Group Ⅱ changed more markedly than that in Group Ⅰand Group Ⅲ patients.And there was no differences between the three groups in terms of patient's reaction.It denoted that the best irradiation time is 60 minutes and patients can easily accept the therapy.
