吴阶平教授针对医学人才成才问题提出的“实践、思考、知识”这一哲学命题包含着丰富的内涵。在医学人才成长过程中，必须高度重视实践、思考、知识三者结合，而且应当是三者的自觉结合。思考只有建立在实践基础之上，知识要靠实践、思考才能得到升华。

The philosophical proposition of “Practice, Reflection and Knowledge' as set forth by Prof.Wu Jieping on the making of medical talents is rich in connotations. The combination of practice,reflection and knowledge, especially combination in a conscientious way must be highly emphasized in the making of medical talents. The relationship among the three is one of dialectical unity ,since reflection can only be based on practice and knowledge can be sublimated only on the basis of practice and reflection.
