Method of Coarse Aggregate Gradation Design with Higher Anti-shearing Ability

摘要 通过对粗集料散体进行细观力学分析,应用不连续介质理论研究粗集料力学性质,根据颗粒在空间的6种不同排列模型,建立了散体细观力学模型及粗集料剪切模量的计算公式;从理论上分析了粗集料抗剪切性能提高的内在机理,并提出了粗集料抗剪级配设计方法,以抗剪性能作为主要指标进行逐级填充;最后通过室内试验进行比较分析。结果表明:新设计出的级配高温稳定性好,可有效减少公路车辙病害。 Through micromechanical analysis of coarse aggregate granular material,mechanical properties were studied based on the granular media theory.According to six kinds of arrangement models of particles in space,calculated formulae of granular micromechanical model and shear modulus of coarse aggregate were established.From the aspect of theory,authors analyzed internal mechanism of improving anti-shearing performance and presented anti-shearing gradation design method of coarse aggregate.Anti-shearing performance was regarded as main index in every level filling of particle.Through the test in the laboratory,the performances were analyzed.Results show that high-temperature stability of new gradation is better than those of other gradation types and can decrease rutting damage on highway.
