^(13)C-UBT呼气试验在诊断儿童Hp感染中的应用研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨13C-UBT呼气试验在儿童幽门螺旋杆菌感染诊断中的应用价值及评价。方法对136例儿童患者行13C-UBT呼气试验,对资料进行分析整理。结果阳性65例,阳性率47.8%,其中男性患儿39例,占阳性率60.0%,女性患儿26例,占阳性率40.0%。136例中有症状70例,阳性45例(阳性率69.2%),无症状66例,阳性18例,(阳性率27.7%)。结论 13C试验是一种简便、较经济、安全可行的非侵入性性诊断方法 。
