针对目前矫直机自动化系统存在的问题,提出了采用PLC的矫直机控制系统,并给出了其相应的软件和硬件设计;该系统控制灵活,可靠性高,结构合理,连接方便,具有广泛的推广价值。

Reference to the existing problems of the leveller automation system,we put forward the application of PLC control system,degin of software and hardware have been presented.this system can be easily controlled,highly reliable,and reasonable in structure,and convenient to be connected,owning the value of widespread implementation。
