食管癌穿孔支架植入治疗后引起出血因素分析

Causes of bleeding in patients with esophageal perforation treated by self-expandable metal stents

目的:探讨食管癌穿孔支架植入后引起出血的因素。方法:68例食管癌穿孔行支架植入。结果:68例支架植入后,60例死于大出血。63例5个月内死亡,存活1年以上者仅4例。讨论:引起出血最主要的因素有支架上、下端膨大口处进食、咳嗽、呼吸、心脏博动、食管本身蠕动摩擦,次要因素有感染、支架短,型号不配套。

Objective： To study the causes of bleeding of patients with esophageal carcinoma perforation treated by stents. Methods： Sixty eight patients with esophageal carcinoma perforation were treated by self-expandable stents. Results： Of 68 patients with esophageal carcinoma fistula were treated by stents,60 cases died of bleeding,63 cases died within 4 months.Only 4 cases survived for 1 year. Conclusion： The main factors causing bleeding include frictionns between stents and esophagus while eating,caughing ,respiration,heartbeats esophageal motions.The secondary factors include esophagus infections ,unsuitable stents.
