On the Human Theory of the Scientific Concept of Development

科学发展观的主要内容可以归结为四个方面:把"人民"与"人人"统一起来,充实了人的概念的内涵;把"以人为本"作为科学发展观的核心、执政理念的根本和中国特色社会主义理论体系的灵魂,提升了人的地位;倡导人文关怀,关注人的幸福,谋求社会和谐,彰显了人的现实幸福;提出"四位一体"的"大社会"建设、"民生至上"的"小社会"建设、"生态文明"的"环境友好型社会"建设等思想,拓展了人的发展的路径。

The main content of the scientific concept of development can be summarized in four aspects： integrating ＂people＂ with ＂everyone＂ so as to enrich the significance of the concept of human; taking the people-oriented policy as the core of the scientific concept of development, the fundamental principle of governing philosophy and the quintessence of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics so as to enhance the status of people; advocating humanistic care, paying people happiness and seeking social harmony so as to reveal people realistic happiness; putting forward the thought of building an environment-friendly society so as to broaden the path of human development.
