Creating the Harmonious Mentality Environment for Establishing an International Tourist City

在创建国际旅游城市的进程中,既要关注社会物质硬环境的建设,更应着意营造一种健康、兼容、宽松、和谐的心态软环境,良好的心态环境对国际旅游城市的创建具有决定性的意义。承德提出创建国际旅游城市,市民的心态环境如何?课题研究采用问卷调查的方式就市民对旅游业及旅游者的态度进行了调研。针对调研结果,提出了加强心态环境建设的对策与建议。

In the process of creating an international tourist city,we should not only pay attention to the construction of social and material environment,but also we should create a healthy,compatible,relaxed and harmonious environment,for good state of mind is of decisive importance to create an international tourist city.Chengde has proposed to create an international tourist city,and how are the public’s state of mind？ A questionnaire survey on public attitudes to the tourism industry and tourists has been made.Aiming at the research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening mentality environment construction.
