摘要
以近代保定城市发展为线索,研究保定近代化过程中城市与饮食业的互动发展,重点探析保定城市对饮食业的推动与制约的双重影响。
The catering industry can not develop without the development of the city,and without the city’s progress,the catering industry loses its foundation and conditions.In this paper,it briefly describes the interaction of the Baoding City and catering development of cities in the process of modernization,which adopts the clue of modern Baoding.It also further discusses the double impact on catering which from the stimulation and limitation point of view.
