摘要
阐述了我国企业实施目标管理出现的种种问题,并对出现问题的原因进行了探析,同时提出了解决问题的对策,认为应该把目标管理与现代管理思想相结合,并把文化建设放在第一位。
The paper represents a variety of problems arising in the process of implementing management by objective（MBO） of Chinese enterprises.It also analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forth a solution to solve these problems,so as to lead the opinion of combining Management by Objective with modern style management,and giving top priority to cultural construction.
