摘要
目的 :研究左旋四氢巴马汀 (l-THP)对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)及对麻醉犬冠脉循环的影响 ,以便为拓展l-THP的临床新用途提供实验依据。方法 :SHR清醒状态下测尾动脉血压 ;麻醉犬开胸分离冠状动脉左旋支 ,放置探头测量冠脉血流量 ,同步测量动脉血压和记录Ⅱ导程心电图 ,抽取股动脉血测定血氧。结果 :l -THP能降低SHR的血压 ,同样亦可降低麻醉犬的血压 ,且能引起犬冠脉血流量呈短暂增加 ,并可较持久降低冠脉阻力 ,减少心肌耗氧量以及减慢心率。结论 :l-THP不仅具有降压效应 ,而且还可改善冠脉循环 ,提高心脏泵功效率。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of l-tetrahydropalmatine(l-THP) on the blood pressure in SHR and on the coronary blood flow in anesthetized dogs.METHODS:Tail′s artery blood pressure was measured in awaking condition of SHR.The blood flow of left turing coronary branch was determined,as well as artery blood pressure,ECGⅡ and artery blood oxygen in the anesthetized dogs.RESULTS:l-THP can decrease the blood pressure in SHR,l-THP can also decrease the blood pressure,increasing the coronary artery blood flow temporarily,decreasing the resistance to coronary artery in relatively long time,reducing myocardial oxygen consumption and heart rate in anesthetized dogs.CONCLUSION:l-THP can not only decrease the blood pressure,but also improve the coronary circulation and increase the efficiency of heart pump.
