双波长分光光度法测定复方萘替芬霜的含量

Determination of naftifine and ketoconazole in compound naftifine cream by dual wavelength spectrophotometry

目的 :用双波长等吸收点法测定复方萘替芬霜中萘替芬和酮康唑的含量。方法 :萘替芬测定在 2 83nm(肩峰处 )和 3 0 1nm(酮康唑等吸收点 )进行。酮康唑测定在 2 4 2nm(峰值 )和 2 65nm(萘替芬等吸收点 )进行。结果 :该法线性良好 ,精密度高。结论 :该法可用于复方萘替芬霜的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a dual wavelength spectrophotometry method for determination of naftifine and ketoconazole in comound naftifine cream.METHOD:The sample wavelength was 283nm and the reference wavelength was 301nm for naftifine.The sample wavelength was 242nm and the reference wavelength was 265nm for ketoconazole.RESULTS:Both components have good linear relationship.The recoveries of ketoconazole and naftifine wrer 100.1%±0.9% and 100.2%±0.4% respectively.CONCLUSION:It is suitable for quality control of compound naftifine cream containing naftifine and ketoconazole.
