活血止痛酊导入治疗膝骨性关节炎性滑膜炎的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Huo Xue Zhi Tong Tincture Phoresis Treatment in Knee Osteoarthritis with Synovitis

目的:验证活血止痛酊导入治疗膝骨性关节炎性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方式,选择83位单膝骨性关节炎性滑膜炎患者,治疗组43例采用活血止痛酊治疗,对照组40例采用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳治疗。2组均运用中频导入法给药;观察并记录2组治疗前及治疗2周后血清CRP含量、VAS、WOMAC评分、膝滑膜厚度及关节积液积分。结果:活血止痛酊能有效降低患者膝关节滑膜厚度、积液积分、VAS及WOMAC评分,与治疗前对比有显著性差异(P<0.01),但对血清CRP含量无影响;治疗组与对照治疗后组间对比,在血清CRP含量、VAS评分、关节积液积分及滑膜厚度上两者无显著性差异,而在WOMAC评分上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛酊导入可有效减轻膝骨性关节炎性滑膜炎患者膝关节肿胀,降低滑膜厚度、VAS评分、WOMAC指数及积液积分,其中对WOMAC评分的降低作用优于双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂。

Objective：To verify the clinical efficacy of Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture phoresis treatment of knee osteoarthritis with synovitis.Methods：83 patients of single knee osteoarthritis with synovitis,who were stagnated by cold hygrosis or phlegm and blood stasis.Then,the patients were divided by a randomized controlled study into 2 groups,treatment group 43 cases,control group 40 cases,the treatment group was treated with Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture while the control group with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel.Both groups were administered by the Intermediate Frequency,Once a day;Pretreatment and treatment after two weeks,the two groups were observed and recorded the levels of serum CRP,the VAS score and WOMAC index,the knee Synovium thickness and hydrops content,by Statistic analysed the clinical efficacy of Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture which was used to cure the knee osteoarthritis with synovitis.Results：Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture effectively reduced the patients＇thickness of Synovium,WOMAC index,hydrops and VAS score,compared to pretreatment of treatment group had statistic difference（P〈0.01）.But it didn＇t effect the levels of serum CRP statistically.Treatment group and control group after treatment compared,the affects of Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture to the levels of serum CRP,VAS score,the hydrops score and Synovium thickness had not statistical significance,but to the WOMAC index there were significantly difference in statistics（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture phoresis treatment can effectively relieve the knee swelling,reduce the synovial thickness,VAS and WOMAC index of knee osteoarthritis in patients with synovitis,Besides,the effectiveness of reducing the WOMAC index are better than Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel.
