长托宁在二尖瓣狭窄瓣膜置换术的应用观察

Application Observation of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Injection in Valve Replacement Technique of the Mitral Stenosis

目的:观察长托宁和东莨菪碱两种抗胆碱药在二尖瓣狭窄瓣膜置换患者的麻醉前用药效果比较。方法:将40例行二尖瓣瓣膜置换术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组使用东莨菪碱0.3 mg.kg-1,观察组使用长托宁0.01 mg.kg-1。通过观察患者口干和面红情况以判断腺体分泌,观察其心率、血压以判定其对心血管的影响。结果:观察组在抑制腺体分泌、对心率稳定方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长托宁作为二尖瓣狭窄瓣膜置换患者的麻醉前用药在抑制腺体分泌、心律稳定方面明显优于东莨菪碱。

Objective：To observe Penehyclidine Hydrochloride,the scopolamine of the two kind anti-choline medicines before patient＇s anaesthesia in the mitral stenosis valve replacement.Methods：40 patients were randomly and equally put into 2 groups.Observes the lips,the skin,blushes judges the gland secretion,the heart rate,the blood pressure determined it to the cardiovascular influence.Results：Penehyclidine Hydrochloride by 0.01 mg·kg-1 and scopolamine 0.3 mg·kg-1 were compared： Penehyclidine Hydrochloride in the suppression gland secretion and the heart rate stable aspect surpassed the scopolamine（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Penehyclidine Hydrochloride before patient＇s anaesthesia of the mitral stenosis valve replacement is superior to the scopolamine in the suppression gland secretion,the heart rate stable aspect.
