过敏性鼻炎患者食物不耐受检测情况分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过对过敏性鼻炎患者进行食物不耐受检测了解患者食物过敏的情况。方法:对74例过敏性鼻炎患者进行血清14种食物变应原IgG含量检测。结果:57例患者食物不耐受检测结果阳性,阳性率达77.03%。其中1种食物特异性IgG升高者24例(42.11%),2种食物特异性IgG升高者16例(28.07%),3种食物特异性IgG升高者12例(21.05%),4种及以上食物特异性IgG升高者5例(8.77%)。食物特异性IgG升高以鸡蛋最高,其后依次为牛奶、大豆、西红柿、小麦、鳕鱼、虾、蟹、牛肉、玉米、大米。结论:食物不耐受检测可作为过敏性鼻炎患者寻找食物过敏原的一个有效的途径,并可以此指导过敏性鼻炎患者的饮食。 Objective:To understand the information of food hypersensitivity with Allergic Rhinitis(AR) by food intolerance test.Methods:74 cases of allergic rhinitis patients 14 types of serum IgG levels of food allergen detection.Results:The positive rate was 77.03% in 74 cases with AR.One type of food allergen specific IgG increased in 24 cases(42.11%),2 type of antibodies increased in 16 cases(28.07%),3 type of antibodies increased in 12 cases(21.05%),Four or more type of antibodies increased in 5 cases(8.77%).Food-specific IgG increased with egg as the highest,followed by milk,soybean,tomato,wheat,ling,shrimp,crab,beef,corn,rice.Conclusion:Food Intolerance Test is an important method in finding the food IgG of people with Allergic Rhinitis.Food Intolerance Test has significant effect to diagnosing Allergic Rhinitis and preventing its recurring.
