5km急性低压缺氧及不缺氧对免疫系统的影响 被引量:9

EFFECTS OF ACUTE HYPOBARIC HYPOXIA AND NON-HYPOXIA AT THE ALTIUDE OF 5 KM ON MICE IMMUNE SYSTEM

摘要 目的:探讨急性低压缺氧及急性低压不缺氧对免疫系统的影响并分析其主要因素。方法:小白鼠分为3组,急性低压缺氧5km30min、急性低压不缺氧5km30min及地面对照组。实验组在5km分别低压缺氧30min、低压不缺氧30min后,下降至地面,处死。应用3H-TdR掺入法检测淋巴细胞增殖水平,小鼠胸腺细胞增殖法测定IL-1、IL-2活性,小鼠骨髓细胞增殖法检测IL-3活性。结果:急性低压缺氧组与地面对照组或急性低压不缺氧组比较:T淋巴细胞的增殖反应、IL-1和IL-2活性有差异(P<0.05),实验组B淋巴细胞的增殖反应、IL-3活性与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05))。结论:5km急性低压缺氧30min对细胞免疫有抑制作用,对体液免疫无影响。5km急性低压不缺氧30min对细胞免疫和体液免疫均无影响。 Objective:To explore the effects of acute hypobaric hypoxia and non-hypoxia at the altitude of 5 km on mice immune system and to analyse the main factor of them.Methods:Kunming mice were divided into three groups: hypobaric hypoxia group, hypobaric non-hypoxia group and control group. Experimental groups stayed at the altitude of 5 km in altitude chamber for 30 min, while the hypobaric non-hypoxia group was supplied with oxygen. Mice were killed then. The splenocyte proliferation level was assayed by 3 H-TdR incorporation; the activity of IL-1,IL-2 by mice thymocyte proliferation; the activity of IL-3 by mice myeloid cell proliferation.Results: The levels of T lymphocyte proliferation, IL-1,IL-2 in hypobaric hypoxia group were significantly suppressed when compared with those in control or hypobaric non-hypoxia group(P<0.05);while the levels of B lymphocyte proliforation,IL-3 in experimental groups did not change significantiy when compared with those in control group(P>0.05). Conclusion:Acute hypobaric hypoxia at 5 km can suppress cell mediated immunologic function of mice, and hypoxia is the main factor.
