The Thoughts of Law on Historical Origins of the Concept of Sovereignty

主权,是整个国际法体系的基石。研究主权的历史起源,具有研究国际法"基础之基础"的地位与价值。历史探源法为追溯主权历史起源提供研究方法;主权本质内容的确定给予追溯主权历史起源研究标准。追溯主权的历史起源,虽然可以沿着人类社会步入文明的足迹逐步向前推进,但由于受到文献材料的限制,只能在目前所知的古老著作、法典或条约中寻找。

Sovereignty is the cornerstone of the whole system of international law. Studying the historical origins of sovereignty has ＂the basis for the basis ＂ status and value about research of international law. Going back in history provides the research method for tracing the historical origin of sovereignty and determining the nature of the content of the sovereignty provides research standards for tracing the historical origin of sovereignty.
