摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病妊娠时胎鼠胰 β细胞中分泌颗粒 ( β颗粒 )的变化。方法 :取 Wistar大鼠制作糖尿病妊娠模型 ,于妊娠第 17、18、19、2 0天取胎鼠胰腺 ,进行透射电镜观察及立体重建等立体定量分析。结果 :正常对照组第 19天 β颗粒的所有参数显著大于第 18天的 ;而在实验组 ,18天 β颗粒的所有参数显著大于第 17天的。实验组于对照组比较 ,第 17、18天 β颗粒的平均直径、平均体积、平均表面积及体密度较对照组的显著增加 ,而且其 18天 β颗粒的数面密度、数密度也较对照组的显著增加。结论 :妊娠糖尿病可促进胎鼠胰 β细胞颗粒提前成熟。
Objective: In order to study the changes of secretory granules of the islet β cells in fetuses of diabetic pregnant rats. Methods: The Wistar rats were killed on the 17,18,19,20 day of pregnancy. The β cells in islets of fetuses were observed by electron microscope and analyzed by stereological method. Results: The β cells were a definite and large rise for all parameter of β granules at the nineteenth day in the control group. But the similar change occurred at the eighteenth day in the fetuses of diabetic pregnant rat. The , ,, Vv of β granules in 17,18 day and the N A, N v of β granules in 18 day were higher than that of in the control fetuses. Conclusion: It suggests that maternal diabetes can accelerate β granules maturation in fetal rats.
