正常国人低中凸面脑沟回定位体系的MRI研究

MRI STUDIES ON LOCALIZATION OF CEREBRAL GYRUS AND SULCUS ALONG LOW-MIDDLE CONVEXITY IN THE CHINESE BRAINS

目的 :探讨矢状面 MRI上低中凸面脑沟回的定位标志 ,为术前准确地功能定位和病理学定位提供客观依据。方法 :分析 10 0例健康人脑矢状面 MRI影像 ,记录并比较大脑低中凸面脑沟回的形态走行及邻近脑沟回的特殊解剖标志。结果 :显示矢状面 MRI上可见 7种重要的解剖标志包括 :1.外侧沟及其分支 ;2 .额下回及分支 ;3.额下沟与下中央前沟构成的 T型征 ;4 .额中回的后面和中央前回汇合征 ;5.中央前后回的下端在中央沟的下方汇合形成的中央下回使中央沟与外侧沟分离征 ;6.中央后回上窄下宽且下部形成木脚征 ;7.双马蹄脑回征。并对该组标志的 MRI显示率、左右半球的对称性、正常变异情况进行了探讨。结论 :矢状面 MRI上的定位标志对正确识别低中凸面脑沟回及术前成功病理定位价值很大 。

Objective: To construct MRI system on the localization of the cerebral gyrus and sulcus along the low middle convexity in the chinese brains. Methods: 100 cases of sagittal magnetic resonance imaging in healthy brains were studied. Anatomic relationship and anatomic features of gyri and sulci were recorded. Results: Seven important anatomic signs on sagittal imagings were as follows: 1. The five major rami of the sylvian fissure; 2. The inferiorfrontal gyrus and its three rami; 3. The posterior surface of the middle frontal gyrus fused with the anterior surface of the precentral gyrus; 4. T type feature consisting of the inferior frontal sulcus and the inferior precentral sulcus; 5. The union of the inferior ends of the precentral and the postcentral gyri to form the subcentral gyrus which separated the central sulcus from the sylvian fissure; 6. Narrower sagittal dimension of the postcentral gyrus than the precentral gyrus and its inferior part; 7. Double horse shoe shapes of the supramarginal gyrus and the angular gyrus. The morphology, normal varivation, clinical value of the localizing system were discussed. Conclusion: MRI localizing system of the cerebral gyrus and sulcus is valueable for pathologic and functional localization.
