摘要
目的 :观察生长抑素在成年小鼠下颌下腺的定位和分布。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 ABC方法。结果 :小鼠下颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞及副交感神经节内神经元均呈生长抑素免疫反应阳性。结论 :生长抑素可能通过激素或神经递质的方式 。
Objective: To observe the somatostatin in the mouse submandibular gland. Method: Immunohistochemical ABC methods. Results: The granular convoluted tubule cells and ganglion cells were positively immunoreactive to somatostatin. Conclusion: Somatostatin may play an important role in the regulation of the secretary activiy of the submandibular gland by means of hormones and neurotransmitters.
