摘要
54例反复呼吸道感染儿童中,发现7例(13%)IgG_2 缺陷病。该7例中,6例外周血T细胞白细胞介素-2 受体体外表达低于正常对照,5例淋巴细胞转化率低于正常范围。上述结果提示IgG_2缺陷与T细胞活化障碍可能有关。
The serum immunoglobulin G subclasses were measured in 54 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections by monoclonal antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. 7 children(13%) were found to have IgG2 deficiency compared with 22 normal age-matched controls, but IgG1, IgG3, IgG4 and total IgG were normal or slightly increased.For investigation of the expression of interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R) and lymphocyte transformation, the peripheral blood lymphocytes were stimulated by PHA. in vitro, and a monoclonal antibody (Tac) was used. The results showed that both IL-2R cells and lymphocyte proliferation were decreased as compared with normal control(p< 0.001). Such findings would assume that the defect of IL-2R expression of T cells might play a role in the pathogenesis of IgG2 deficiency.
