Analysis of low density lipoprotein subfractions in coronary heart disease

摘要 目的研究冠心病患者LDL亚组分与正常人的差异。方法用非变性聚丙烯胺梯度凝胶电泳法分离LDL后,扫描、计算机积分法分析32例冠心病患者及32例正常对照者的LDL亚组分图谱。结果(1)冠心病组小密LDL占总LDL的(38.0±15.1)%,对照组占(16.5±9.2)%,差异有显著性(P<001)。(2)小密LDL与甘油三酯水平呈正相关,r=0.54,P<005。结论(1)冠心病患者血浆小密LDL水平增高,与冠心病发病可能有一定关系。(2)小密LDL水平与甘油三酯水平正相关。 Objective To compare LDL subfractions in coronary artery disease (CAD) patients and normal individuals. Methods LDL subfractions in 32 CAD patients and 28 normal individuals were separated by 2% 16% non denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The LDL subfraction distributions were analyzed by the measurement of the area under the curve of the scanned gel. Results (1) Comparing with the normal individuals, the small dense LDL subfractions increased significantly in CAD patients (38±15.1% versus 16.5±9.2% of total LDL, P <0.01). (2) The levels of small dense LDL were significantly postively correlated with plasma triglyceride level. Conclusion The increase in small dense LDL fraction may be a risk factor of CAD.
