摘要
从滇白珠Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch.)Rehd.根的石油醚部分分得 10个化合物,其中8个化合物经理化性质和波谱分析,它们的结构分别鉴定为β-乙酰谷甾醇(Ⅰ),3β-乙酰基-12,25-二烯-达玛烷(Ⅱ),3β-乙酰氧基-20(29)-羽扇烯-28-醛(Ⅲ),3β-乙酰齐墩果酸(Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ),熊果酸(Ⅵ),豆甾醇(Ⅶ)和3β-羟基-20(29)-羽扇烯-28-醛(Ⅷ)。其中Ⅱ为杜鹃花科植物中首次发现的达玛烷三萜类化合物,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅷ为杜鹃花科植物中首次报道,其它4个化合物为从该植物中首次分得。
Ten compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of the root of Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch.) Rehd.. The structures of eight of them were identified as 3β-acetylsitosterol (Ⅰ ), 3β acety1-12, 25-dien-dammarane (Ⅱ ), 3β--acetoxy-20 (29) -lupen-28-aldehyde (Ⅲ ), 3β-acetyloleanoic acid (Ⅳ ), β-sitosterol (Ⅴ ), ursolic acid (Ⅵ ), stigmasterol (Ⅶ ) and 3β-hydroxy-20 (29)-lupen-28-aldehyde (Ⅷ ) by chemical and spectral methods. Among these compounds, Ⅱ is a dammarane triterpenoid discovered for the first time in Ericaceae; Ⅰ,Ⅲ andⅧ have not been reported previously from Ericaceae; the other four compounds were obtained from the title plant for the first time.
