摘要
应用原位分子杂交技术,检测神经生长因子(NGF)在人骨髓巨核细胞分化发育过程中的基因表达情况,以探讨NGF对骨髓造血组织的功能意义。实验结果表明,βNGFcDNA探针与其互补的mRNA杂交反应信号存在于原巨核细胞、幼巨核细胞、颗粒型巨核细胞、成熟型巨核细胞等各级不同发育阶段的巨核细胞胞浆中。实验结果提示。
Used in situ hybridization method to investigate the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF) gene during development of megalocaryocytes to explore effects of NGF on hematopoietic tissue of human bone marrow.The results showed that the positive hybridized signals were localized in all kinds of megalocaryocytes including megakaryoblast,promegakaryocyte,granular megakaryocyte and thrombocytogenous megakaryocyte.The study suggested that NGF may play an important role in development and maturation of megakaryocyte in bone marrow.
