钙剂和异搏停联合用药对庆大霉素肾毒性防护作用的临床研究

摘要 目的:研究钙剂和异搏停联合用药对庆大霉素肾毒性防护作用的临床价值。方法:急性感染病人42例随机分组,观察组22例予葡萄糖酸钙和异搏停联用,对照组20例不用钙剂及异搏停;分别检测两组使用庆大霉素前后Scr和UNAG值,并作统计学比较。结果:观察组使用庆大霉素后Scr和UNAG均无明显升高;对照组则于庆大霉素应用7天、9天后,Scr和UNAG开始显著升高(P<0.01)且显著高于观察组(P<0.01),其异常增高例数亦显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:钙剂和异搏停联用,对人类庆大霉素肾毒性损害确有防护作用。 Objective: To sutdy the clinical protective value of the calcium gluconate and verapamil on the patients with high dose of gentamicin. Methods: Fourty-two infectious patients with high dose of gentamicin were divied ihto group A(administrated with both calcium gluconate and verapamil, n =22)and group B(used as control group,neither calcium gluconate nore verapamil was added, n =20).The levels of both serum creatininer(Scr) and urine NAGase(UNAG) were measured before and after the administration of gentamicin in both groups. Results: Neither Scr nore UNAG was elevated singificantly in group A,while they were significanly elevated in the group B in 7th and 9th days of gentamicin administration( P <0.01).When compared with the two groups,the levels of both Scr and UNAG of group B were significantly higher than thos of groupA( P <0.01).And the percentage of patients with abnormal Scr and UNAG value in group B was also significantly higher than that of group A( P <0.05). Conclusions: The combined administration of calcium gluconate and verapamil may have beneficial effects in the patients with high dose gentamicin.
