Photodynamic Therapy for Acne Vulgaris:Review and Update

光动力疗法通过干预痤疮发生的病理生理过程发挥治疗作用,为获得临床疗效必须选择理想的光敏剂、光源以及合适的波长和照射能量。笔者从痤疮的发病机制出发,探讨近年来光动力方法治疗痤疮的各种治疗参数选择和治疗效果的研究进展。

Successful acne therapy should disrupt the pathophysiological changes of acne vulgaris.Remission may be achieved by targeting many pathophysiological factors directly or by intercepting the inflammatory reaction that propagate the disease.To affect the pathological process meaningfully using photodynamic therapy,reviewing a thoughtful selection of the photosensitizer,the light source and its wavelength and fluence,is necessary.
