摘要 In Part I the author analyses the impact of the financial and economic crisis in terms of global and Sino-India cooperation,and the Challenges that the two countries are facing. In Part II the Guiding Principles on Sino-India Economic and Trade Cooperation are being reviewed. And the author suggested some strategies and policy options for cooperation between China and India.
