间接复位锁定加压钢板结合钢缆治疗髋关节置换术后VanCouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨间接复位和锁定加压钢板结合钢缆治疗髋关节置换术后VanCouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折的临床疗效。方法对6例髋关节置换术后VanCouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折的病例采用间接复位、锁定钢板和钢缆内固定。结果随访8~12个月,全部骨折平均愈合时间14周(12~16周),无植入物松动、对位不佳及感染等并发症。依据髋关节评价标准:优2例,良3例,可1例。结论间接复位、锁定加压钢板结合钢缆是治疗髋关节置换术后VanCouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折一种较好的选择,具有损伤小、对骨折断端血供干扰小、固定牢靠等优点。
