钽棒治疗早期股骨头坏死的短期临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的总结钽棒植入在成人早期股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)治疗中的短期临床疗效。方法采用钽棒植入治疗13例ANFH患者。观察手术操作过程、手术用时、术中出血量及术后早期恢复情况,并在术前术后进行Harris评分。结果随访4~16个月。患者术前疼痛及功能受限症状均明显缓解。术后Harris评分较术前明显下降。结论钽棒具有良好的生物相容性,手术操作简单、微创,对股骨头及软骨下骨板可提供安全、有效的力学支撑,早期的临床效果令人满意,为治疗早期ANFH提供了一种新的选择。
