高校学生社团指导教师的管理模式初探

A Research on the Management Mode of the Tutors of Student Associations in Universities

介绍了高校学生社团指导教师管理模式的现状,分析了存在的聘任对象单一化、聘任机制简单化、考核制度形式化等问题,提出了健全领导体制、明确指导教师职责、加强指导教师管理等措施,强化高校学生社团建设,提升学生社团层次。

The current situation of the administrative model for managing tutors in student associations is introduced and the problems including unitary of recruiters,simplicity of recruiment mechanism and formality of assessment system are analyzed and for enhancing the development of the student associations in the new situation the related measures： improving leader system,clearing duties of tutors and strengthening the management of tutors are put for-ward to enforce the constructions of student associations and improve the level of student associations.
