摘要 本文对应用化学发光法测定肉鸡全血氧自由基含量时血液稀释种类、luminol与zymosanA浓度以及重复性试验进行了优化和测定。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、重复性好(CV=3.80%)、操作简便,适合用于兽医临床多种疾病的监测与研究。 The experiment was carried out to choose the kind of the blood diluent,the concentration of luminol and zymosan A by means of chemiluminescence (CL) in determining the oxygen free radical contents of the whole blood in broilers.The results showed that Hank's solution,0.015M luminol and 2.5 mg·ml -1 zymosan A were more suitable for the determination;and that the method could be used in the diagnosis and research for many animal diseases with its high sensitivity,good repeatability (CV=3.80%) and simple operation.
