离子液体和表面活性剂形成的双水相及其萃取性能 被引量:6

Dual aqueous phase system formed by ionic liquid and surfactant and its performance in extraction operations

摘要 绘制了阳离子表面活性剂/离子液体/水三元体系20℃时的相图。用浊度法确定了相图内不同区域的边界范围,发现相图内靠近水角存在一较大的双水相区域。在双水相区域内选取一系列取样点配制样品,考察了质量比、温度和有机物对双水相的影响和双水相对辣椒色素萃取的分离效果。结果表明,在5℃~25℃内,温度对双水相影响较小;较佳双水相萃取体系组成NPTAB r与[Bmim][BF4]质量比约为2∶1。 The phase diagrams of ternary system composed of cationic surfactant/ionic liquid/water were mapped out based on experimental data at 20 ℃.Borderline of different specific regions in the phase diagram was determined with turbidity titration method and a board region of dual aqueous phase system was found near water corner.A series of samples were prepared at the sampling points selected in the region of dual aqueous phase.Effect of mass ratio of surfactant to ionic liquid,temperature and different organic compounds on the performance of the dual aqueous phase system as well as the efficacy of extraction of capsochrome by different dual aqueous phase systems was examined.The results showed that the effect of temperature at the range of 5 ℃~25 ℃ on the performance of the dual aqueous phase is rather small,and suitable composition of the dual aqueous phase system is at mass ratio of NPTABr to[Bmim] [BF4]at 2∶1.
