摘要
建立了化妆品中12种磺胺类药物的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。该方法经乙腈提取样品,以资生堂MGⅢ-C18柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,5μm)分离,流动相为甲醇和φ=0.1%的甲酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),电喷雾正离子MRM模式检测。该方法的检出限为10μg/kg,方法定量限33μg/kg,线性范围1 ng/mL^100 ng/mL,加标回收率80.1%~93.5%,相对标准偏差为2.57%~7.41%。
A LC-MS-MS method for determination of 12 kinds of sulfonamide residues in cosmetics was established.Sample was firstly extracted with acetonitrile,then the chromatographic separation was carried out on a MGⅢ-C18 column（2.1 mm×150 mm,5 μm）.Mobile phase is composed of methanol and φ=0.1% formic acid-water solution for gradient elution.The limit of detection is 10 μg/kg,and the limit of quantification is 33 μg/kg.Linearity ranges 1 ng/mL～100 ng/mL.Overall recovery achieves 80.1%～93.5%,and RSD value achieves 2.57%～7.41%.
