摘要
依据GB 8372—2008的方法,对牙膏中的总氟量进行了测定,对测试过程中不确定度的来源进行了分析和计算,取置信概率P=95%,包含因子K=2,得总氟的质量分数的扩展不确定度U(w总氟)=0.004%。各不确定度分量中,重复性、回收率和移液管体积对测量结果的不确定度有着显著的贡献。
According to GB 8372-2008,the total fluoride content in toothpaste was tested,and the uncertainty source was analyzed and quantified.Taking the confidence level P as 95%,coverage factor K as 2,the result of expanded uncertainty of total fluoride content is 0.004%.In all the uncertainty sources,the repeatability,the recovery ratio and pipette volume have the significant effect on the result of the measurement.
