摘要
纤维混凝土广泛应用于机场道面的新建与修补,其中的新型合成纤维道面混凝土改善了传统钢纤维道面混凝土自重大、成本高、对机轮磨耗大等缺点。在论述机场道面纤维混凝土材料及其抗冻性问题的基础上,通过快冻法试验,研究了钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维的掺入及掺量对道面混凝土抗冻性的不同影响。结果表明,聚丙烯纤维对道面混凝土抗冻性的改善效果优于钢纤维;聚丙烯纤维对道面混凝土抗冻性的影响存在最佳纤维掺量,掺入1.0%聚丙烯纤维对抗冻性的提高效果最好。
Fibre reinforced concrete can be widely used in the construction and repair of airport pavement.New synthetic fibre reinforced pavement concrete improves the shortcomings of traditional steel fibre reinforced pavement concrete,such as great weight,high cost,severe wearing to airplane tires and so on.Based on the discussion of fibre reinforced pavement concretes and its frost resistance of airport pavement,the effects of adding steel fibres and polypropylene fibres into pavement concrete and different fiber dosages on the frost resistance of pavement concrete are researched by fast frost test.The results show that frost resistance of pavement concrete adding polypropylene fibres is better than that adding steel fibres.There is the optimum fibre volume dosage when adding polypropylene fibres into pavement concrete,and adding 1.0% polypropylene fibres can achieve the best improving effect on frost resistance.
